it is an O.K. headshop, they seem to know what they are talking about and have a better selection of pipes then anywhere else in Louisville because Louisville only has very few headshops. They even have a pretty good selection of music

Mr. Schooling, thank you for the history on the Baxter Station. I noticed it years ago and always wondered about its past. It would be very interesting to walk atop that platform and feel its history. It would be nice to think that some day Louisville will rethink light rail travel as other cities have done (Chicago, D.C., Denver, New York, et al). Once again thank you. I am trying to contact Lisa Ogletree, She sent me a letter. I fell at the alliance resturant on October 26th 2008. I sent the information to the manager and she in turn sent it to her manager. The night I fell we were just entering the resturant and was just inside the door where the meat case is and were being seated when I fell on a peanut shell. first of all thats only the 2nd time I have been there, the first time was right after it opened and there was no peanuts in the place at that time. I just stepped off the runner going in onto the hardwood floor and i went down. I hurt my left arm and shoulder and hip. The manager and the waiter kept asking if there was anytrhing they could do and I asked for water to take a pain pill. My neighbors took me out and I didn't want to spoil there evening by having them take me to the emergency room. I suffered through the meal. The manager came back and said we didn't haft to pay for the meal. wich was very nice of them. there were 6 of us and the neighbor paid for 5. He has the bill as to how many he paid for. I had to go to the dr. and he sent me for x-rays. they found i have a torn muscle in my shoulder and arm. I have not been able to use my arm since then. I contacted the company and asked that they just pay my dr. bill and the x-ray. The full amount being about 300.00. I received a letter from Ogletree stating that i had been there before and knewabout the shells, which I did not know about. My Dr. want me to have an MRI done. I have no insurance and can not have that done. All i had asked the Roadhouse was to pay the 2 small bills and that was it. they have refused. They also did not contact Phillip French who was right behind me when i fell. i gave them the phone number. So now since they refuse to pay I have contacted a lawyer and he will be contacting you. I don't want to haft to sue to get these bills paid. Thats all i had asked for. The fact that they didn't make me pay for my meal admits their guilt the lawyer said. So if i don't hear from someone else concerning this matter soon my lawyer will be contacting you. thank you for listening. sharon Park.
